TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are thinking of booking one of our quality shows, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
- Once you have contacted us about a specific date, we will hold that date for you for a period of 28 days. After this time we must have a confirmation.
- Once confirmed we will send you a contract, and all other relevant material, by post or email. We must have your deposit, and the contract signed and returned within 28 days.
- In the event of a cancellation up to one month from booked date, the deposit is refundable. After this time no refunds, although a transfer of date may be possible.
- Cancellation within 28 days of the booked date, one third of the fee applies, and cancellation within seven days of the booked date, full fee applies.
- We will supply if required, full curtains, backdrops, etc. All we need from you is a suitable sized stage. (Around 5 meters x 3 meters.)
- We will supply all the sound and lighting equipment if required.
- We will need if possible, one three phase power outlet, and one single phase outlet, close to the stage. If you cannot supply this, we cannot run our full lighting rig.
If you do not have 3 phase power, get your electrician to check if you have two single phase outlets on seperate circuits, capable of handling 20 amps.
